This hotel was perfect for me as a traveler. Cleanliness was super clean, and the hotel facilities were fabulous, especially the breakfast. Staff members were accommodating and helpful. Plus, transportation was conveniently located; the hotel's location was right down by the river and close to the Christmas markets near St Stephen's Basilica. the hotel's proximity to many good restaurants made dining out easy.

The hotel's spa area was a great feature to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were clean and inviting. I had a relaxing stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is a hidden gem down a quiet street but really close to everything. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a wonderful aroma. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, taking care of luggage and reservations for dinner. Rooms have fantastic turn-down service, a comfortable bed, and a nespresso machine. Has a small gym with clean facilities and complimentary towels. Room advantage includes a complementary bar of chocolate.
The air conditioning in some rooms might be too dry, making it hard to sleep at night.

Spacious and clean rooms with organic toiletries. Attentive and friendly staff provided excellent customer service. Complimentary hot drinks, water, and chocolate were appreciated. Delicious breakfast with both buffet and cooked options. Convenient location near many attractions.

The room was beautifully decorated with a modern and updated feel. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great, just a short walk to the river and attractions.
There was a lot of noise in the early morning, which disturbed our romantic escape. The bin lorries passing by at 5am woke us up every day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of all the action! I could easily walk to the Xmas markets near St Stephen's Basilica and other local attractions and restaurants. The room amenities were wonderful - air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe, and even a kettle. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the jacuzzi, which was great after a long day of exploring!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
